Send us your newest STAR-2010 data via our ShareFile site in one of two ways:
Make a back-up of your LARS-STAR database (File Menu >> Backup Database), then upload the resulting .ZIP file.
Upload the original data files that you recently received from ETS (Dxxxxxxx_REC1.txt and Dxxxxxxx_REC2.txt).
Note: Uploading your data doesn't automatically make it available for immediate reporting. We will transform the data, and have the data ready for you to report, generally within 2 business days.
If you are an existing LARS user...
To setup MMARS, we need to post the data you want to report. Along with STAR-2010, we can post prior years of STAR, as well as multiple years of CAHSEE and CELDT. Once we have these, we can convert to a web-enabled SQL format, then expose the data (via secure SSL connection) to a login setup just for you.
To get us the data, please create backups from each of the LARS modules, then send to us:
Launch LARS-STAR, select File >> Backup Database from the Menu. Save to a .ZIP file in an accessible location (e.g. desktop, my documents, etc.).
Launch LARS-CAHSEE, select File >> Backup Database from the Menu. Save to a .ZIP file in an accessible location.
Launch LARS-CELDT, select File >> Backup Database from the Menu. Save to a .ZIP file in an accessible location.
We previously sent you a separate email, with a link to our ShareFile site. This is where you will securely upload your data. Please upload files for all tests, and notify us when complete.

If you are a new customer...

We must, however, have the ORIGINAL publisher .txt files, exactly as they came on CD-ROM. For CAHSEE files, please rename to indicate the month and year of the test. We can only post the data files if they come in the exact format provided by the publisher.
We have sent you a separate email, with a link to our ShareFile site. This is where you will securely upload your data. Please upload files for all waves, all tests and all years, and notify us when you are done (when you've posted all the data you wish to report).
