Please take note of the location where your browser saves the file (larsprogramupdate.exe or larsprogramupdate.zip). When the download is complete, simply open the file to launch the update installer. If you have any questions or difficulty, please send us a note at tech@multiplemeasures.net.
Some network configurations make it difficult to download software from the internet. If you're unsuccessful at either of the above solutions, we'd be happy to send you the update via email or on a CD-ROM.
