Log in to the Scholastic SAM™ Servers with your personal credentials.
Once logged in, click on the “Roster” icon in the center-left of the screen.
In the “Roster” window, click “Export” under the “Advanced Settings” scrollbar in the bottom right-hand side of the screen.
Click on the middle option: “Export CSV Roster Data“
In this window, select any or all Schools you wish to be included in the file. After selecting desired Schools, make sure to select all Teachers to be included in the exported file.
Select all of the classes you wish to include in the exported file.
Simply click “Next“ to continue on to Step 8, click “Back” to change your selection, or “Cancel” to exit the process entirely.
Leave the top drop-down box alone. Select the start and end dates of your testing window in the next two drop-down boxes.
This prompt asks what you’d like to export. Leave all 3 boxes checked in order to export everything (SRI, SMI and Data from SAM™ Servers). Then Click “Export” to start the exporting process.
You’re finished! Your request will be processed, and you’ll be notified once the process is complete. You will be able to fine your exported .CSV file in the center of your SAM™ home-screen when it is complete.
